I like the SportsTap iPhone application, but I’ve found that it’s often not trustworthy. Yesterday, I wasn’t able to watch the UNC-OK game, so I opened SportsTap to look at the results. It had the final score right, but the boxscore had no entry for Blake Griffin—kind of an important omission.
Today SportsTap is showing the Final Four bracket this way1

I don’t see how this can be. Every newspaper and sports site has it Michigan State v. UConn and UNC v. Villanova.

It’s possible that they’ll have it fixed by the time you read this, but this is how it looked on my phone this morning. ↩

This really isn’t fair, but I can’t help wondering where Flip Saunders’ next stop will be as he does his Upper Midwest Playoff Flop Tour. I’m guessing Milwaukee.
(By the way, if you click on the link you’ll see that the Heat’s defeat of the Pistons tonight is already chronicled in the Saunders Wikipedia article. Britannica Online doesn’t even have a Flip Saunders article, although it does have a Flip Wilson article, which should count for something.)
