Today, the US military death toll passed the 3300 mark. The figure for coalition military fatalities is creeping up on 3600. When I started making these entries in my blog, I figured they’d come about once every couple of months, and with luck they’d spread out even further. Now we pass these century milestones almost every month. The major news outlets may be reporting it, but if so, it’s buried deep. Not worth headlines, apparently.
