Apple customer relations

Today, I went to Apple’s bug reporting site to check on the status of the iPod alarm problem I found about a month ago. I logged in with my Apple ID and went to the page that listed “My Originated Problems” (which is just that one). It’s shown as being still open, which I figured, but when I clicked on the message ID, expecting to see my description and, perhaps, some of Apple’s notes on the problem, I got the message:

You do not have privileges to view problemID 4432355.

So I got that going for me. Which is nice.
