Markdown links in TextMate

Well I just lost the contents of a very long and complicated post on the above topic because I trusted TextMate’s “Edit in TextMate” input manager to insert the post into Movable Type’s entry textbox. Should have known something was fucked up when the Save command beeped at me. I’ll try to write up a simpler version tomorrow.
